This Privacy Policy explains how Virtus Talent(“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Virtus Talent. We aim to collect the minimum necessary and to be transparent about it.

• Purchase data: your name, email and order details, processed through our Merchant of Record, Polar. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Account / delivery data: the email associated with your order and the download tokens we issue so you can access your files.
• Lead data: if you opt in to a free chapter or newsletter, your email and optional first name.
• Approximate location: a country code derived from your IP at the edge, used only to show prices in your local currency.

How we use your data

• To deliver your purchases and provide download access and support.
• To show localized pricing and remember your region preference.
• To send the free content you requested and, if you consent, occasional updates.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Payments and tax

Polar acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, receipts and tax. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

• Neon — database hosting for orders, download tokens and leads.
• Resend — transactional email (receipts, download links, free chapter).
• Vercel — website hosting and edge geolocation for currency.

Your rights

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, and lead data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
