These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Virtus Talent(the “Site”) and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The products

We sell digital ebooks and accompanying worksheet packs (“Products”) delivered as downloadable files. The Products are educational materials. They are licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files or their contents.

2. Orders, payment and Merchant of Record

Checkout and payment are handled by Polar, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Polar processes your payment, issues your receipt, and is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable VAT, GST and sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to their terms and privacy policy.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your region and may be changed at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Taxes are calculated by our Merchant of Record at checkout where applicable.

4. Delivery and downloads

After a successful payment, we issue secure, time-limited download links for each purchased Product, shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. Links may expire and have a download limit; you can re-request them from your library using your purchase email.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to circumvent download protections, or use the Products to harm, harass, defraud, or mislead others. You are responsible for how you apply the educational content.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the Products is owned by Virtus Talent or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own learning.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Products are provided for educational and reflective purposes only and are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. Please read our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Products or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
